I came here for 3 nights and had a such great stay. It was clean, and I loved pleasant staff and location. I'm so glad that wheelchair accessible room with good clean bathroom, a shower, very comfortable bed I booked was available. Having a roll-in shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets was a bonus.

Everything was perfect, I loved my stay. The hotel had a very central location and it was easy walk to Inverness Museum and Art Gallery.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and the restaurant was good. The room was functional and compact with smoke detectors for my safety. Efficient check in and late check out. Great stay in an incredibly beautiful hotel.

The rooms with twin beds and crusty sash windows. We appreciated wake-up service available.

Super location, informative staff, lovely beds. We liked our guest room, it was functional and compact. There were shopping centres and a large shopping centre around the hotel. And it was just 1 km from an 1800s red sandstone castle.

Lovely hotel in a crowded area, the staff were absolutely amazing. The room was airy, had a spacious bed. Having different cool drinks in the main bar was a very nice touch.

Free parking and perfect breakfast. Huge, decent size room with exceptionally comfortable bed. The location is unbeatable, a 10-minute walk from a bus station...

An old-fashioned property, exceptionally clean, fab location for Inverness as it's close to the station.

Handy location, spotlessly clean and WELL ORGANISED place. I liked a superb decor and vintage furniture. The place was right next to Inverness city centre.
